Yoga is a great activity that you can do with your whole family. In this class partner poses are emphasized, ensuring a great bonding time. We'll also include group poses, challenging poses for grown ups and children, we will play fun yoga games, all while building confidence and self-esteem, as well as a strong and healthy bodies.
